From the first phone call when making the booking, to the chef sharing her secrets for fried tomatoes, speaking to each staff member was a delightful experience. Superb, stylish, clean and luxurious rooms, with long soft bathrobes, instant hot water and ocean views. The coffee was insanely great, the menu original and inspiring and the bar has a wide selection of refreshments including old favourites like Guinness. Great reception staff and seamless stay. Good value on-site parking. My only concern was the size of the bed. At 197cm I had to sleep fully diagonally to keep my feet covered and supported.

Unfortunately the zucchini chips were completely bland. With a generous helping of S+P and tabasco, they’re lovely. I would recommend drizzling them with the serving sauce instead of serving it on the side, also add more lemon, it needs the citrus. Some Greek yoghurt would go well too. As it is, kind of reflects flavourless mush :( the edamame salad was okay, still, all it requires to be great is a bit more attention. Play with your dressings and flavours. You could make good food. Staff are lovely and the location is great.
