At least an hour wait every time even if you have a scheduled appointment months in advance after being on a wait list for an over half a year before that. Doesn’t help it’s around 26-28C in the building too.
Staff who book you for appointment to see the specialist have no idea what the patient is going through. It's just a job to them till they become patients one day waiting to see the specialist. I was booked to see the specialist following scans that are very serious to my health .They send you routine text like answer Y if make it or No that they can give you time to someone else.
