Awful emergency experience! I came 1:30am with massive headache and all my body rashes and I left 7am just waited for nothing! They told me 3-4hr wait 5.5hr didn’t even close my turn That was really awful Never want to come here !
Partner entered at 2pm for treatment. Several times she chased up staff to find they'd forgotten about her. Told at 8:45pm she would have to wait another hour to receive results from a doctor. Waited 8 hours to receive an outcome. Absolutely disgusting service.
If I could give their service a negative rating, 100% I would. During triage, even though I was in severe pain, instead of helping me, the nurse was joking about my last name, saying, “Wow, what a long surname you have…are you serious??? Is it your last name???” When they took my blood test, the nurse was so rough that it ended up being the most painful blood draw I’ve ever experienced. Seriously this emergency department needs a complete makeover - how they ever triage patients I will never know!!! My son was 3rd in line and 4 hrs later still no doctor FFS!!! Had to leave him there by himself as no parking besides never getting to see a doctor!!
