My property managers sent Monty from The Prime Developers to my unit to fix a huge blockage that had all drains backing up into my tub, including the toilet. Even sewage from other units was filling my tub. He was so polite and professional despite being elbows deep in grossest. He explained everything so well. He was prepared to have back-up arrive to assist when the job was starting to look "too big". He persevered and got it all fixed and cleaned up really well too, in about 2 hours.
