I travel 45 minutes to this practice after I moved because of how much I adore the staff and doctors. My doctor was Dr Bonaroti, however before she left the practice it was nearly impossible to get an appointment with her due to her own very rare times in the office. The receptionist at Primary Care was very rude to my Alzheimer's client. A little patience was all that was required.
If you want personal service move on to another doctor. I cannot express more the impersonal attention I received.
Heather Cargo N.P. is amazing and I can not say enough wonderful things about her! She took the time to truly listen to my concerns and never once wrote them off! She was able to see me in a timely manner and help me get solutions fast! She truly advocates for her patients well-being. The facility was very clean and I felt safe in there during the COVID-19 pandemic.
