Customer service has been fantastic in our first two visits. Matoula is very friendly and takes her time to explain the treatments. She recently went out of her way to contact me via zoom when I struggled with my daughter's new expander device. The clinic has a relaxed and friendly feel to it and I look forward to attending in the future for my own dental needs and the completion of my daughter's brace treatment. Many thanks
I was referred here for a specialist opinion and although i didnt go through with the treatment ( because it was quite expensive) i was treated nicely, polite and professional staff and rhey habe a nice waiting room

I've just finished an 18 month orthodontic treatment to correct my bite, including a referral to the hospital for surgery. Every step of the way, Richard and his team have been the epitome of professionalism and kindness. I was initially a bit daunted by the prospect but the team put all my worries to rest and their use of technology for scans and 3D printing aligners/retainers is incredible. Can't thank them enough - it's made a huge difference to my life!
