LONG REVIEW ALLERT! The Pride is honestly something special. Samu and Mel have created such a safe, welcoming space where you never feel judged or out of place. From my very first session, I felt their warmth and knew I’d found the right fit. You train in small pods with kind, supportive people. These guys are amazing. Challenge you, but so supportive with it. And they have created a wonderful atmosphere and family to be involved with.
Very supportive and encouraging while still being gentle. For me this is the best place and right mix for me. Can see my goals coming into focus now. Super happy with The Pride
The Pride helped me build so much confidence in myself that I never thought was possible. I was very nervous to begin but Mel and Samu always made us feel at home and like we belonged in the gym. Would 100% recommend to anyone thinking of joining
