Shannon is the absolute best. I receive so many compliments on my hair thanks to her. She is so great at keeping it healthy and just looking it's best! I am blonde and she always gets it the perfect shade. Also, every appointment is like a little therapy session (sorry I talk so much LOL) but I truly look forward to it so much! 10/10 recommend! Also the shop is so cute and every appointment is just you! She never double books.

Forever grateful I met Shannon for my hair. She listened and her consultation was right on. I love my hair! I had the best salon experience with Shannon at The Pretty Swan Salon in Polk City! She took the time to listen to me about my hair struggles and explained how she could help. Today was the first time in 3 years that I actually loved my hair! It’s amazing what a great stylist/trichologist can do for your self confidence. I would definitely recommend Shannon. I promise you won’t be disappointed!!
