I hate writing bad reviews but I went and got my eyebrows done today and literally part of my eyebrow is missing. When the esthetician asked me if everything looked good I said yes but then she asked if I wanted a trim. I asked her what she thought and we ended up trimming my eyebrows. It was my mistake I should’ve asked for the mirror back to check but when I got to my car I realized that the end of my eyebrow was not there. I absolutely love Pretty peach! I’ve been waxed by numerous employees here, and they’ve all been very welcoming, and made sure I was comfortable. Special shout out to Lani! She focuses on small details. I always feel amazing afterwards, and she’s very precise with her waxing skills!

I was so nervous waxing for the first time, but Bethany was so patient, so understanding, so funny. I cannot say enough good things, the wax itself is great and I actually had so much fun! I wish Bethany nothing but happiness and many blessings to come her way!! Thank you again!
