She promptly reached out to me and ensured that my profile was taken care of, waiving any fees associated with my missed appointment. So I tried to cancel online because I had a family emergency going on but it wouldn'tlet me. So I did miss my appointment due to that emergency. They sent me a text about missing it. And I due understand there are rules to what they do but I should not be submitting my card information due to a family emergency I STILL have going on. I couldn't call during the time of emergency (Rancho Cucamonga area). Please be sincere about situations people go through
Friendly staff. However, I left my Brazilian wax appointment still with hair….the kitty was NOT too pretty. It was a nice first time, can’t say I’ll be back :(
