Under new management… prices increased immediately and services have decreased. Communication to families and caregivers is abysmal. Meetings are conducted during the workday and communications are sent out last minute making attendance nearly impossible for families and caregivers. Responses to caregivers is slow if any. Very unimpressive start.
We met with Zandra, who was knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions. Her expertise about The Seneca and the overall process of relocating our parents was extremely helpful and appreciated.
We took a visit here and Zandra was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the Seneca. She patiently showed us everything we asked about. It is a beautiful center and seems organized and welcoming! Thanks!
