I loved these apartments when I first moved in and then they were sold. Since then, there were three apartments broken into and several cars. There is constantly trash throughout the apartment complex and overfilled dumpsters. The office staff and maintenance staff are rude and visibly do not care about the tenants. The leasing agent moved in above me and made my life miserable. Him and his wife constantly argued so loudly that my children had to listen to them cuss each other. I have lived here a little over 2 years and I have nothing but good things to say about where I live. I read the previous reviews and wonder if we are living at the same place. I can only speak for myself but I have not had any issues with any repairs or the staff. I get it things go out over time but I have never had to wait more than a day or two to have it taken care of. In a nutshell I am happy and have not seen any thing that would make me want to move.

This place is dirty and disgusting the manager is a female dog. She always snaps at you. there maintenance people that can't speak English. Things will be broken and you won't get fixed until two weeks later whenever your request for maintenance. The apartment is bein filled with ghetto people who think they are thugs and rappers. There are trash everywhere. There will be drug dealing outside of the apartment. Random cars will stop at these apartment to pick up there needs. I currently live here and it's the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in, in my whole life. Management sucks! They are rude and always think their right. Joann in particular. It's like we were given the crappy apartment. Everything has broke since we've moved in. That's not a joke. Garbage disposal, were on our 4th dryer, etc. when getting one of our four dryers delievered I wasn't home and they scratched up the wall. I asked for paint to fix it they don't have any. These apartments are small enough for your to enjoy your own private time, but big enough to feel part of the community. The insides are big and I just love the convenience of it's location. I am just minutes from 45, Belway 8, 249 and 1960. There are great centers filled with places to shops, the most independently owned stores I have ever seen. Over all I love these apartments.
