Issues with double booked rooms. Unable to reconcile fault.
nice location, nice lobby. check in was straightforward and friendly. price does not include any snacks / breakfast but does have free delicious coffee in the morning. bathrooms are great with spacious layout and great water pressure. the three star rating is because the King bed and the pullout couch had the worst mattresses I have ever experienced in a hotel. my son could not comfortably use the pull out couch mattress (legit painful) so we all had to sleep together which was suboptimal. PLEASE upgrade your mattresses
Room was small and too hot. Service was good and great location.
Great location! Super cute hotel, great vibe. Rooms are clean, bed is comfortable, can be a bit noisy at night with the street noise. Employees are very helpful. Would totally recommend.
