I am a current tenant at the Press, and I cannot say enough good things about this apartment complex! I love the historical feel of the building and how it still has some of the “old” feel but with a modern touch. The staff are so great, and the building is always clean. Walking distance to everything in downtown…we won’t be moving anytime soon :)
I was a tenet of a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment at The Press for three years from 2019 to 2022. I had an excellent experience throughout my time there. The buildings location, 2 miles from Purdue's chemistry buildings, made my bike commute as a graduate student ideal (not too long, not too short). I never had an issue with any of the apartment's lights, appliances, or plumbing. The buildings walls are not soundproof but they are fairly thick. Newly renovated apartments with a touch of detail from the original building. Super nice facility, great staff, and maintenance is always fast to finish a project if requested. It’s also fairly centrally-located and within walking distance to a lot of hot spots in downtown.
I am a current tenant. The building is beautiful, clean, extremely quiet and seems primarily filled with grad students and more mature professionals. Within walking distance to just about everything, and the free CityBus to Purdue picks up and drops off within steps from our door. Guaranteed lot parking is available for an up charge, or you can use free street parking just a few blocks over. Highly recommended!
