Staff friendly and helpful
I have worked very closely with this community for the past 5 years. The staff are SO Amazing, caring and dedicated! Their rehab department has state of the art equipment! I highly recommend this community!!!!
The preserve is a beautiful place the staff is great the food is very good physical therapy and occupational therapy is outstanding they have a beauty shop on site it's a little expensive I would recommend The preserve
I placed my mom here and am so pleased with the quality of her care. Even her friends visit and call to tell me I’ve found a wonderful place for her, which means so much! The staff is incredible helping her to feel welcomed. I would highly recommend the preserve to anyone seeking a place where they can sleep well knowing that their loved one is safe and well cared for ♥️
I have never been to rehab so I thought I needed to lower my expectations...so not true. I am so impressed with everything from the facility to the food services, to housekeeping, to OT/PT, to the in-house PA, to nursing, and of course all the wonderful CNAs. When I needed expertise, it was there. When I needed comfort, it was there. When I needed some "good vibes" to get through the difficult times, they were there.
