PT and OT both can't be any better . Especially Lanny and Huey who worked with me. The facility is first class, food is great
I was there post hip replacement. I can’t say enough good things about the PT/OT staff including Loni, Danielle, Debbie, TODD, Yvonne, Cheryl and all the rest. The food was good but lower salt would have been better. The room was kept neat and clean- yay housekeeping. Most of the CNA’s were great. The full time nurses did not engage with me but the part time nurses were great. The PA John - if you can’t say something nice don’t say anything. Overall great experience.
My father was in the memory care unit for almost 2 years. Jen and the staff truly loved and took care of him. At first, he resisted going into any facility. But quickly he felt cared for and a connection to the other residents and the people taking care of him. I would get constant updates on his health and how he was doing socially. I had a knee replacement and went to the Preserve. My physical therapist, Cheryl, was absolutely wonderful, professional and kind and absolutely knew what to do to get me moving and help me when there was an issue. She took over got the troops together and it was settled. The food needs a lot of improvement.
