If I could leave zero stars I would. I submitted pre-Approval and did not hear back about my application at all. I received minimal communication and my last email on 9/24/2025 still remains unanswered. I was prepared to purchase which was why I contacted them. However they failed to respond or answer my questions and lost a serious buyer to Lennar. I would recommend going with a Builder who will be responsive and actually answer questions and communicate effectively. Funniest part is they continue to solicit me with adverti... read more
