Living here was an frustrating experience from start to finish. The property management changes constantly, and communication is a mess. We were overcharged for rent one month, and trying to resolve it was a nightmare—unresponsive staff and zero accountability. Packages are charged a fee if not picked up within 5 days, which feels like a cash grab more than a convenience. The elevator breaks frequently. Beautiful property but everything else has been a nightmare. The approval process took weeks and after they required us to get updated paperwork for our ESA dog and getting him registered with the City, our application was denied. We spent $180 dollars on this ESA paperwork and registration fees. We had to provide those to continue on with the application process. I never do this, but I’m extremely disappointed in this landlord. They have gone through numerous leasing agents in 1 year, if that says anything. Do not rent from this place. When I initially toured, they had given me a price for the apartment. I was extremely excited and came back 3 hours after the tour to sign…the owner raised the rent on me by $65 due to “market pricing.” I was in a bind to find a place since I was moving from out of state so decided to sign anyways .. that was a mistake The elevators weren’t working whe... read more
