DO NOT MOVE HERE, RUN AWAY! RESIDENT OF 4 YEARS! I hear since Sept 2019 and it’s March 2024. It pains me to see new folks on tours because this place has gone downhill rapidly. The pool has been locked and closed 10 months total in last 24 months. When it has been open, maintenance often neglects to clean it. The trash chutes have been permanently closed which is an inconvenience we are still charged for monthly (valet trash pick-up, yeah kind-of).
