I’ve been here for a month now…. so far, so good! Application process wasn’t bad. My leasing consultant was Tessa, she was nice, personable, and was there to assist when I needed her to. The whole staff is nice and attentive to needs and questions. Maintenance has completed what I asked for in impeccable timing! I've been here since nov.1 the day i recieved my key and I work with Amber who was amazing at explaining the property to me verbally at first like the types of bedroom and the different styles that they have. She also went over the special that was going on and the cost as well. Secondly she also toured the property with me and showed me what they had to offer but most importantly she showed me exactly what I was buying. Amber is by far the best person I've worked with while searching for an apartment. She was so kind and patient, and her professionalism was so good that it was almost unexpected. Would give more than 5 stars if I could! This place is amazing! And also, what makes it the best is the people here are amazing! The amenities offer so much value for the money (pool, workout facility and equipment, basketball court) and you immediately feel that "home" feeling when you walk through the doors.
I’ve lived at The Preserve at Forrest since 2019 and I haven’t had any problems since I been here. Maintenance is top tier and fast. The front office has great customer service and my neighbors are great. Definently recommend if you currently looking for a nice quiet place to live. Call and ask for Amber she is very professional and will take care of your needs.
literally one of the most helpful and kindest people. amber walked and talked us through the entire process and helped us immensely over the many phone calls and many emails. even if services are down she would still try and reach us as best as she could, she is truly so lighthearted and super sweet and SUCH a helpful person when you’re brand new to the whole apartment process. if you’re looking for someone you can easily get along with, super funny, and super easy to talk to i would 100% recommend amber. definitely will be ... read more
