Amber Mosby and the Entire office staff were totally attentive to my needs. They were very patient with me in areas that I needed clarity in. They were very prompt and expedient with my request to obtain required documents. This team is above and beyond awesome with customer service and follow through. I just move to The Preserve at Forest Creek. I love the community very quiet, great environment and wonderful people. Tessa our leasing office manager was very helpful. She really work with us and she did everything she could do to get me and my roommate our apartment. I highly recommend anybody to go through her if they’re looking for apartment at The Preserve at forest creek.

Just moved into my apartment this week, and I want to take a moment to thank the entire office team, especially my leasing agent, Amber. Everyone here does an incredible job, but I truly hope you’re blessed with Amber as your leasing agent like I was. From the very first time I toured the property earlier this year to the day I moved in, she went above and beyond to make sure my experience was professional and that every expectation was met. My boyfriend and I have been excited to move in since our application was submitted. Customer service is incredible. Our agent, Amber, was informative and friendly. Carmen has made us feel incredibly welcome during our office visits. Since we've moved in, we haven't had to wait more than a few hours for maintenance requests to be fixed. Bob, our maintenance person, is professional and considerate when entering the unit. The facilities are incredibly well kept.
