I’ve been here for a month now…. so far, so good! Application process wasn’t bad. My leasing consultant was Tessa, she was nice, personable, and was there to assist when I needed her to. The whole staff is nice and attentive to needs and questions. Maintenance has completed what I asked for in impeccable timing! The Preserve at Forest Creek was my home for 10.5 years! I loved my apartment and I loved living here. This complex was quality built and has been maintained over the years with recent projects such as resurfacing the payment, repainting all buildings and new roofs being installed. The maintenance was always timely and while the office team/management changed over the years, the office manager has been consistent for 6 years which added a great deal of stability. I've been here since nov.1 the day i recieved my key and I work with Amber who was amazing at explaining the property to me verbally at first like the types of bedroom and the different styles that they have. She also went over the special that was going on and the cost as well. Secondly she also toured the property with me and showed me what they had to offer but most importantly she showed me exactly what I was buying. I have been a resident for over three years, my experience here has been wonderful. The maintenance crew D and Aaron are top notch. My ladies in the office, Carmen and Amber are always so pleasant and helpful. I’ve only had one issue since my stay here and it was resolved. I am about to adventure another project and will be back to update.
We moved across the country to this apartment complex after a 30-hour drive. One hour before arrival, we got a call saying our unit wasn’t ready and they needed to change it — after we had already signed our lease. Apparently, they can change a signed legal document, but residents can’t. That set the tone, even though the actual move-in process itself went smoothly.
