My boyfriend and I have been excited to move in since our application was submitted. Customer service is incredible. Our agent, Amber, was informative and friendly. Carmen has made us feel incredibly welcome during our office visits. Since we've moved in, we haven't had to wait more than a few hours for maintenance requests to be fixed. Bob, our maintenance person, is professional and considerate when entering the unit. The facilities are incredibly well kept.

Me and my husband had a wonderful experience moving into our new home inside this property. Ms. Tessa, who assisted us throughout the process, was incredibly helpful and made everything so smooth and easy. She was honest with us about every detail and we truly appreciated her transparency. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly, the place is extremely safe, and cleanliness is clearly a top priority here. Thanks to Tessa and the team, this place truly embodies the meaning of “Home Sweet Home.”

I had a time crunch to move in and Amber made it so easy on me. Very communicative and clearly layed out the best options for me. I was relocating for work so she made me aware of all preferred employee programs. She made sure that I didn’t miss out on any promotions as well. If there were a higher rating I could give, I would give it to Ms. Tessa. She made the move-in process super smooth and was very helpful and professional. The property is nice, clean and well maintained. The crew at the front office are welcoming and friendly as well. The overall experience so far is amazing and would like show some words of appreciation again for Ms. Tessa.
