I should have written this review a long time ago! We have had such a wonderful experience purchasing and living in our new David Weekley home. Our view is beautiful, and our neighborhood is friendly, peaceful, and welcoming. The employees we have worked with deserve special recognition because they truly treat our home as if it were their own. Michelle Woods, our sales consultant, was exceptional from the very beginning. Key Points: Warranty support lacks. If you are in a neighborhood with more construction happening, be prepared to suffer in an unfair manner. Construction finish quality lacks. Beware. you are paying top dollar for mediocre experience. It sure did start well. The purchasing process was smooth and seamless until we closed. Issues started to surface like they normally do.
