If i could leave zero stars I would. This property manager Lynn Cotton is as rude as they come. She is crass, unprofessional, incompetent and all around crazy. She does not follow through with ANYTHING she says she is going to do. She speaks disrespectfully and nothing is ever her fault. She won't let you speak and tell you the issues for a solution. She just talks over you and has no regard for trying to do her job. She needs to be replaced by someone competent.
Definitely not somewhere you want to live. I have the unfortunate displeasure of living below a neighbor from hell. Building 11 1st walkway the lady upstairs of first unit is a menace. The most disgusting person ever, very nasty does not clean up behind her dog, her and her dog makes noise all day, a total nuisance to society. The building are old, think walls with old squeaky floor, them complex is always dirty. Lady at the office serves absolutely zero purpose.
Do not move here. The units are super old, ran down and need to be updated ASAP, they need to be soundproof immediately. The upstairs units are hard wood and you will hear every little movement coming from upstairs, squeaky floors, constant noise. If you live downstairs you get absolutely no peace none at all.
