Already facing so many issues since I moved in June 2021. Had lot of quality issues with some of the every day use products like water tapes and toilets and what not. I still have some outstanding issues found during first 30 days of move in. They have different policies for different homes, like I was keep asking for cleaning out some of the area in the backyard inside the property line and I was given several reasons and still no one showed up to take care of it.
