Great concept, but lackadaisical enforcement of the covenants. Want to park an enclosed trailer in your driveway for the better part of a year? No problem. Don’t feel like putting your garbage cans into your garage? No problem. Unfortunately, standards have slid.

Pretty area and nice location. However, the HOA covenants are not enforced. Don’t feel like putting away your garbage and recycling bins? No problem! Just leave them in your driveway. Need a place to park a trailer? No problem! Just leave it in your driveway for months on end.

Whoever came up with the idea of a sand pool is a genius. The sand itself is an embarrassing quality. Even many MN lakes have much better sand. Maybe the owners can bring some nicer sand to the beach. It’s very “rocky” and not fine. Sand toys available there , included in ticket price. Adult swimming area only and adult plus kids. Nice beach chairs and huge umbrellas.
