Worst place I’ve ever lived. I was charged $660 to replace the carpet in my unit, despite there being no damage or staining. Was also fined several times for a trash can outside of my apartment that didn’t belong to my unit. Parking is a nightmare, genuinely a terrible place. Pricing changes on rent , Greystar is a con company.
