I just have to share my wonderful experience I had while taking a tour for an apartment and then applying for the apartment I viewed with Ashley the leasing agent who did a fantastic job with her presentation and knowledge as well as being professional and patient and went above and beyond the scope of her duties and it was a real pleasure in every way thank you sincerely Ronald. Said they had unit and then renewed. Needed home and they lied about unit when I advised how excited I was and said no such unit. No apologies. 2 different agents approved and then advised no unit. Poor management....
I love this property!!! The leasing agents, Ashley and Val are wonderful.
We moved in a few months ago. We chose Preserve because of the floor plan and cute trail to walk our 2 dogs. We worked with Val who was amazing, and so helpful. She was super patient with us and answered all of our questions! The other ladies seemed nice too.
