I have been staying in this apartment for over six years now. Leasing professionals come and go, yes, most of them great and accommodating to the needs of residents. Misbah Gouhar is a leasing professional with a substance and grace. She meets the professional standard of my admiration ;Tactful, respectful, and approachable with a difference. She simply exceeds customer expectation and delivery, meeting my needs with Tact and knowledge in leasing industry.
Over charged last month of rent and didnt get refunded the overcharged amount. Place smells like dog crap everywhere you walk.
When looking for a new home to build memories, your first priority is finding a place you can truly call home. The Preserve at Grapevine gave me that feeling.
