I recently visited The Preserve to inquire about availability and I must say my experience was nothing less than extraordinary! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting and it smelled wonderful. The staff was phenomenal! They were very friendly and engaging. This may seem like a small gesture, but as soon as I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and offered water, which went a long way in my book. Im moving back to Texas and thought of this place and after seeing the reviews and how empathetic the owners and staff are id rather not give it nothing more than this review.
Really slow staff, terrible neighbors who are constantly partying, smoking weed, fighting and being a nuisance. Not worth the price, you should probably find some place else if possible. Almost forgot to mentioned the place is crawling with roaches. The parking is also abysmal. Not worth the price I've paid for the past 3 years. Really happy to be moving to a home of my own.
