I went few times there. First time was a negative experience, but the second time everything went smoothly.
Normally this place is pretty good. But canceling someone's prescription when the customer specifically did not say cancel it is not okay. Then hanging up on them when they are upset cause you incorrectly did you job is insane. Lost 3 stars for this.
I never use this pharmacy before, but I decided to do so, because my family doctor located next to their pharmacy. I was running to the airport and was limited on time. They told me 45 minutes to fill out the prescription. Okay, then I came back 50 mins after. And they haven’t started to fill it yet. I have a very good insurance from my employer. Manitoba Blue Cross. They told me that there is a problem with my insurance but 100% sure they didn’t know how to use it cause I never have a problem with this insurance in Winnipeg... read more
