I would never do business with them. They take advantage of people take their money, build nothing of what was agreed upon and then take the opportunity to leave it outside, uncovered for months at a time, and then upon delivery wants to argue over installment, worst decision of my life spent my life savings. And then damages it while installing it
My husband and I just ordered a 10x16 shed from Premier and absolutely love it! It was such a seamless experience. They were thorough in their communication and helpful from start to finish. We enjoyed watching them deliver it. They made sure it was in the correct location we wanted it and had no issue moving it to our liking. The shed is designed well, durable, high quality, and very spacious. It has a ton of room and two different lofts inside. Highly recommend! Thank you again!

Great shed build and craftsmanship. I ordered a 10x20 gable shed and it became a neighbor topic. Neighbors loved it so much they had to get a shed build. Delivering the shed was no problem. I build a 12 x22 base using 6x6 lumber and clean gravel. The shed rolled on with no issues. I verified codes per contract to make sure everything was correct before I ordered it. City was very impressed with it and craftsmanship. I had this thing installed before the Derecho hit Cedar Rapids and it didn't move an inch and no damage. That ... read more
