Myself and my family have used Anthony and Josh for various festivities over the last 5 years; from a rehearsal dinner to a surprise 50th birthday party. Chef Anthony and his team exceeded our expectations! Our guests raved about the appetizers and our dinner buffet and several guests mentioned it was the best food they had ever eaten at a wedding! Chef Anthony hosted an amazing pre-wedding tasting which helped us to plan our menu. He responded to emails promptly, had a warm and vivacious personality and clearly took pride in preparing every dish.. We highly recommend The Prancing Chef!
As many others have said, we would give Anthony and his team ten stars if we could! He and his team were such a pleasure to work with. They were so helpful in answering every single one of our questions and helping us plan the menu for our wedding. All of the food, from appetizers, to the main course, and finally dessert were all phenomenal. The Prancing Chef is an absolute joy to work with! Anthony and his team are on time, professional, and overall just fun to work with. As an event coordinator, it is so huge when a caterer is able to follow the timeline but also be flexible when needed. The Prancing Chef absolutely is able to do that. Not to mention, their food is DELICIOUS!
