What a space! Walking in you get an immediate sense of calm & home. The practice is always accommodating if I need to bring my children along to appointments making it super easy to juggle busy mum life. My psychologist is so empathetic & so supportive every single session. I couldnt recommend enough! 10/10.
Had a great experience here in 2018. However went again mid 2024, administration staff was extremely unprofessional called me by the wrong name 5 times in the single phone call, had no idea what was going on. The new psychologist I saw had fully booked herself for the day, seemed only interested in getting as many clients as possible. Was odd and not empathetic to me, and seemed to almost manipulate me into gathering all this information on my family to unpack over as many sessions as possible when that was not my concern at... read more
