I've been with this practice for a number of years and am finding it increasingly harder to order repeat prescriptions of essential thyroid medication. This simple task has been made much harder through the mandatory use of the app (you can only reorder your prescription within the short time frame that app permits you to, so if you are going away for work outside of the time frame the app lets you re-order - you run the risk of running out).
