Loyd was awesome. A very experienced individual with much background and knowledge in a variety of technical fields. As a widely experienced handyman and technician myself, I started to try the repair…because that’s the way I’m built. I quickly ran into the issues of the Body Control Module (BCM), part of the care area computer network, that controls the windows. Just called the power window doctors, and the gentleman on the other side was prompt to answer, extremely gracious, and walked me through an option to try on my own. Turned out my “broken” window was actually user error, but it saved me a trip to the mechanic, and we will absolutely be using the again if and when our car window breaks!! Can’t recommend them enough!
