I am a refrigerator repairman. I called their tech line to inquire some info on their product. There were few technicians in my area who were willing to touch this machine. So I reached out to tech supportline which was, uncooperative rude and hung up!. It's almost like they don't care to help people who are out on the field working on their products that they designed
De ninguna manera recomendaría los servicios de esta mala compañía. No atienden jamás las llamadas de sus clientes sin contar que cobran un precio muy alto solamente por recibir el equipo roto. Después de hacerte esperar y de tener que ir personalmente a averiguar si ya hicieron el trabajo, vuelven cobrar otra cantidad mayor. Casi es preferible comprar otra máquina que dejarles la rota.
