I am a refrigerator repairman. I called their tech line to inquire some info on their product. There were few technicians in my area who were willing to touch this machine. So I reached out to tech supportline which was, uncooperative rude and hung up!. It's almost like they don't care to help people who are out on the field working on their products that they designed

Mi opinión este negocio es una estafa me cobraron 250 dólares por la reparación de una podadora que es casi nueva el servicio pésimo nunca me llamaron para decirme que estaba lista y tienen muy poca transparencia con el cliente no lo recomiendo en absoluto. My experience with this business was horrible. I know I was scammed. They have no transparency with the customer. I tried to communicate by phone and it was impossible.
Great service. Quick service. Took a look at my chainsaw from a brand they don't even work with and managed to get it running well in 15 minutes. Would highly recommend.
