With locations in Highland Park and St. Louis Park, The Power House offers daily CrossFit classes, Yoga and Mobility classes, as well as Private Training, Team Training for sports teams, and Corporate Wellness programs. We serve everyone from Olympic athletes to first time CrossFitters, and love building our fitness community.

True community vibe. Was an out of town client. Staff helped us get signed up and into a class at the last minute. Sean, the coach, was great. Members were very friendly and inviting. If I lived in St. Paul would definitely add CrossFit to my workout routine at this gym.
I love coming here. The coaches do a great job of making sure the workouts are appropriately tailored to challenge your personal goals. The people are at different levels of ability and we each walk away being pushed in the right ways for every person. That’s not always achievable in group fitness classes, but the Powerhouse coaches make it happen more often than most!
Great gym Great people! Very clean and organized. Everyone is extremely. The coaches were knowledgeable and very accommodating.
