We did not have a positive experience with this company. The agents seemed like all they wanted was the highest commission possible. During negotiations said we “couldn’t do” XYZ. Our MLS email listing was never set up, questions took days to get answers to. Our offer contract had major mistakes. A second agent had to step in. Pick a different group with realtors who can write contracts, setup basic emails. Don't push back on running comps or making reasonable offer requests. Lastly who want to work with you vs against you.

Craig and the team are top notch. Outside of doing a great job, they go above and beyond on all the details, including some of the best listing photography I’ve seen. Additionally, they have become trusted resource for us as we’ve navigated the buying, selling, and remodeling of houses over the last 6+ years. Highly recommended!
