If I could give 0 stars I would. After going to Katelyn for a few years, I can no longer support this business. In November 2025, I paid her $300 for a touch up happening in December. On December 6th, my card was charged without my authorization $375 for the upcoming appt. I reached out several times asking for a refund but got no resolution. Katelyn scammed me. She saved my card information via square from prior services and charged me $375 two days in a row for services I DID NOT receive! She texted me asking for a touch up in Nov 2025 and then when I did not respond -- she charged my card $375 TWICE in Dec 2025-- two days in a row. I texted her and informed her of this, she responded "it was not from her end". No longer recommend. After 5 years of Katelyn doing my brows, $300 was charged through her Square app and she's not refunded me even after one month of requests. Truly sad.
