Andrea took excellent care of me for my first Brazilian at the Powder Room. I'm a 20 year veteran of waxing and recently moved up from TX. I've struggled to find a salon that does hard wax in Western MI and had a bad experience with sugaring at another salon 🫣 This was one of my best waxes ever! 2 1/2 hour may be a bit of a drive for me to book regularly, but if we are back in the area, she will see me again!
They offer so many different services. I recommend Andrea, she’s the best!

I had never been waxed before and was very nervous. I told Holly and she reassured me and kept me talking throughout so that I could be distracted from the nervousness. I got a sugar waxing and it hardly hurt at all. She was quick and thorough, and made sure I had a great experience. Her aftercare instructions were clear and easy to follow. This will definitely be the place I go for any waxing I want to do in the future. Also the room was very pretty and had a lot of cool things on the wall
My wax and service were great, Andrea was very kind and understanding that it was a little painful on this day. Will be coming again!
