They did a wonderful job on my daughter for prom weekend! Her original hair and MUA canceled on her and they were able to turn that all around and send her off to prom looking like a life sized Barbie! Thank you ladies of The Powder Rm!

I have been coming to this wonderful establishment for 6 months now and my stylist, Bay Taylor, is excellent! She cares about the health of my hair and scalp. She always does my hair so well and never ceases to amaze me.
Extremely poor customer service. My granddaughter had a booked appointment with deposit paid. The stylist called to state she had a church event and needed us to come earlier. Not a problem. We agreed on 3 pm instead of 3:45 pm. She later calls me at 1:30 pm to state we agreed upon 1:30. So I presume, that the three individuals, my daughter, her nurse and myself all heard her state 3:00 pm. misunderstood as I had the conversation on speaker phone.
