My feedback is about the AI receptionist over the phone - the doctor I saw was great and listened to my concerns. The AI receptionist was very frustrating and took about 20 minutes back and forth to actually get hold of the human receptionist (you need to ask for human receptionist). Really disappointing and frustrating !
