I've painted many items here. The staff is super helpful and you can let your creative side go wild!
We did a private wheel throwing class for 5 and it was a blast! Our instructor was Matt and he was incredible! He was very patient with all of us and explained things extremely well. Highly recommend.
Enjoyed nice afternoon painting a mug with my friend. The staff are very helpful. You are allowed to bring food and drink in. So I got Frozen yogurt at the place next door, yum!
The experience is fun, but the customer service is seriously lacking. Any question you have is made to seem as an inconvenience and/or you’re silly for asking. I picked up my item and asked about the status of my friends order to give them an update because they hadn’t heard anything and we painted together so I figured it would be ready. I love coming here with the kids. But let me tell you. Short ginger hair boy up front is absolutely rude! Nothing but yelling and terrible attitude. I'm here to paint with the kids, not for mentally illness outbursts. Absolutely uncalled for and a terrible example for my children. Management needs to do something about him. I can't bring my kids to a place who hires individuals that don't leave there "issues" at the door before they clock in.
