I came yesterday and had a very pleasant experience. We were welcomed when we arrived and told how it worked/what we needed to do. Macy was the primary person who helped us and she did amazing! Super knowledgeable-colors, techniques, etc. As the day progressed, The Potter's Cottage got busier; however, that didn't stop the stellar service.
