He has always been the best attorney i have ever had and i can tell he is very professional a true man of his words and a man you can highly respect and fully trust him. He is one of the best of the best
My case took almost 3 years! Only saw Mr.Marks twice. He lied and said I would win my case and had nothing to worry about. Long story short he pressured me into signing papers, lied about that even though it said joint I was primary parent. Also with all that time he hardly responded to any questions. Once he got me to sign the papers he cut off all contact with me. Some papers I sign were used and then other papers I didnt know about were later added to the decree.
My lawyer did amazing job I would choose potter & marks pllc again.
