We had a great experience with our recent move to the RiverHouse Potomac. Karamo was very attentive at answering all of our questions in a timely manner and went above and beyond to assist us with resolving a scheduling conflict while moving between two apartments. Overall, we’d highly recommend this place for new residents since it’s very pet friendly and has many useful amenities that were not available at our previous apartment.
Unprofessional, Disorganized, and Completely Disrespectful If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I scheduled a tour and received multiple confirmations—including a text from the leasing agent—only to show up on time and be told that they don’t even do tours after 5 PM. Apparently, this is “company policy,” yet no one thought to inform me ahead of time, despite bombarding me with emails and messages confirming my appointment. I wouldn't recommend this place. There is a good reason why JBH smith is being sued for price-fixing with other property management corporations. They increased our rental price by $210 after 1 year lease. When I was hesitant, they offered me a special that was ongoing at that time. A few days were left to my lease end when they stated that I "don't meet the requirement for the special". I've tried to talk to their management, all they did was ignore me. Management does not care about people smoking in their apartments, even when the smell extends to the hallways and other apartments. The only way to dissipate the smell is to leave the windows open while it’s 20 degrees out
