Note: Many of the reviews reflect a 5-star rating. This is because leasing agents claim they get a monetary bonus if you leave a 5-star review. This is a reflection of kindness toward them, not a legitimate review of the facilities. I am severely disappointed in the upkeep and cleanliness of the building and responsiveness of the team here at th Potomac. THE MANAGER DONT WORK HERE !!!!!! never signed the lease, and i need the documents, but no manager at all ??? Asking them to sign it but never show up !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A 12 year old cannot go to school now because of this 😭😭😭And that workers said he is in a meeting. What meeting excatly? Asking them to sign ot for a week now. And Im living here for 4 months and never signed my leasing document????? DO YOUR JOB OR ELSE! WHERE IS THE MANAGER ???????.??????
