Huge Kudos and praise for Fidel and Max at the Potomac Front Desk! I had a package go missing. They put in real time and effort to review video footage and make calls to track down the package, and kept checking back with me on the status. And in the end, FedEx had sent me someone else’s delivery confirmation! It means so much to have staff that cares deeply and wants to help get to the bottom of a problem!
