I had left a 3/5 stars when I first moved in but now I wish I had trusted the prior reviews. Please read in FULL. This building specifically had me move in of October of last year on a current lease to replace another lease holder (basically illegally subletting) while she moved away and I covered the remaining of her rent. Leasing Agent, Paul Johnson kept us both as roommates on the lease. I was not aware until the end of the lease when it came time to renew that subletting was apparently "not allowed". The apartments are well managed and very convenient to the Pentagon and shopping. While setting up the lease, Marieme was a pleasure to work with.

I seriously wanted to move. Fadil is helpful and kind nature have changed all of that, and I now feel that this building is my HOME! Fadil is the best

Note: Many of the reviews reflect a 5-star rating. This is because leasing agents claim they get a monetary bonus if you leave a 5-star review. This is a reflection of kindness toward them, not a legitimate review of the facilities. I am severely disappointed in the upkeep and cleanliness of the building and responsiveness of the team here at th Potomac. There is visible decay around the building, including stained hallway carpets, leaking ceilings, and paint/pieces peeling off of hallway walls. The common area laundry room ... read more
