Deviled eggs were really something special. Sampled the beer flight and have to say the in house brews are very unique, thought-provoking and memorable- especially the Sunny Lady! That being said, the chicken was lacking, the texture on the breading didn't have a satisfying crunchy/crispiness that I would expect from the high-dining prices. Half a chicken is ~20 dollars, quality did not match the price.
Fort Collins suffers from so many restaurants that are mid, but think they're spectacular. When I come across one whose attitude, price, and food all align, it's a good thing. I'm happy to recommend Post. Tip: definitely try the Curry Ketchup, and the biscuits are top notch.
Fire chicken but y’all keep forgetting my sides not cool
While the food is a little higher priced, it was delicious. Beer was great!
