I had a wonderful experience with Possums and Dr Pam D. They provided no-nonsense evidence based practices to assist both me and my boy get better sleep. They really aligned with my values of wanting to go with the flow with my son, with lots of acceptance and understanding of natural biologically normal baby behaviour. Definately recommend for anyone wanting a pragmatic and kind approach newborn sleep.

I just feel compelled as a first time mum to share my experience here that I didn't find the Possum's help with my baby's sleep very helpful at all. After two quite pricey consults (one with nurse, one with GP) I left with no real strategy except 'that sounds hard, it might get better' and very generic recommendations that I was already doing... I desparately wanted to be a Possums mum but when I asked for help I can't say I found it helpful and I ended up looking for help (and got it) elsewhere.
I wouldn’t recommend this service if you’re an experienced mum who has done their research and already tried a bunch of things themselves before the last I resort being to seek professional advice . I went for a very unsettled/screaming baby who is vomiting up a lot. I explained he would wake shortly after being put down for a nap. He was refusing to feed for multiple feeds & I even expressed and gave my husband the bottle to see if it was related to me being stressed. Baby still refused and was upset and screaming.
