I recently built a new home and relied on The Portland Group in Saco to help guide me in purchasing all of the plumbing fixtures through them. The representative Natalie plainly told me that as long as I chose Kohler or Delta, I would be all set. She had little other guidance. I am having problems with each of the fixtures purchased although they are name brand. Upon reaching out to her, I receive no response.
