My experience with this store has been very rude and unprofessional. I bought a product from them that was damaged new in box. I called the store to get a replacement and was told they couldn’t help me… but due to the work I needed I offered to come an just buy a new one and I’d be there in 10 min (5 minutes before close) an was told no problem. As I arrived on the time I said the place was locked up an no one to be found. I found this experience rude an unprofessional and I will be doing all business somewhere else from her... read more
