I’m not trying to generalize, but there are a lot of rude people at that place. It seems like they don’t know how to deal with customers, and even worse, they don’t seem to care about being that way.
Best plumbing supply place around with the friendliest service and not afraid to go above and beyond for there customers!!!!
I ordered a Fujitsu 2-head (12k BTU each) with a 24k BTU condenser, and it was delivered the next day. When the HVAC installer opened the box, we realized the condenser model was wrong—a single-head unit had been sent instead of the multi-head version. I emailed Eddie on Sunday and got a quick response assuring me it would be resolved.
