This place is terrific. Beautiful units. Awesome location. And the people you depend on do a terrific job looking after you. In management, a big shout out to Kenisha and Lindsay, and in maintenance and upkeep to Andy, Brian, Noah, Daniel, and Carlos. These guys are amazing. Would highly recommend PDR.
We lived at this community for 16 months and it is a great location and the apartment is pretty standard. we chose to move out because of pests. We notified on day one of insects and it persisted through the lease term. Management worked with us and had exterminators come but it was a bigger issue the community faces as you'd see them in the halls and community spaces as well. It was cockroaches, crickets, spiders. If you chose this community avoid the first floor.
Pria was a welcoming and well-prepared leasing professional, who anticipated needs, provided thoughtful responses to our questions and offered neighborly insight! We thought the property and area were fantastic!
Mostly, I want to rave about their management! They were super kind with me, even though I stayed a short time. Especially want to recognize Kenisha for her fabulous follow up and her warmth. The whole place is kept immaculately. Everywhere you turn, there's someone cleaning or polishing or otherwise making the place shine. Nice residents, super amenities, and a great location.
Dalinda was super sweet and knowledgeable!
