I've lived in the Porter Del Ray since 2021. I generally really love living at the complex. The building I believe is about 10 years old now, so does not have the latest and greatest of everything, but is lovely, stylish and well kept with great amenities. The maintenance crew is incredible...huge shoutout to Andy for all his help over the years. He is fantastic. The Porter Del Ray building and staff are absolutely amazing. Our daughter moved in a couple of months ago to complete her internship in DC. The apartment is beautiful and overlooks the pool. The parking garage is on the same floor as the units. The building is well maintained and the maintenance staff are excellent. The management/sales office staff are incredible. I absolutely loved touring the Porter Delray.I considered it my home and hadn't even moved in yet. Only thing that I second guessed about living there was that it's too expensive for my budget.Everything else was great and Vanecia Massey was excellent. She had great energy and was a great tour guide and really made me feel like I was at home.
