The Porter Del Ray is a superb place to live. Location is 5 star. Staff are friendly and helpful. Facilities are superb and modern. It’s a friendly and kind place to live with a host of activities out in by the staff to keep it going.
I’ve lived here for the past 10 months, and my experience has been outstanding from start to finish. The staff truly sets this community apart. Everyone in the front office is friendly, professional, and always willing to help, and the maintenance team is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and courteous. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after living here for close to 1 year, I think future residents deserve transparency. To be fair: the office staff and day-to-day customer service employees have always been so polite, professional, and responsive. My frustration is with building management/ownership and the condition of the property itself. UPDATE: We had an issue with maintenance on the dishwasher not being done correctly. Once management was notified, they worked promptly to understand the problem. My wife and I were impressed by their responsiveness and communication, and are happy to now have a new and functional dishwasher in our apartment.
The Porter Del Ray team is the best. A better leasing office/maintenance team simply does not exist. Ari and Prea’ are impeccable as leasing representatives — friendly, helpful, and every other good thing one would hope for in a management team.
