UPDATE: We had an issue with maintenance on the dishwasher not being done correctly. Once management was notified, they worked promptly to understand the problem. My wife and I were impressed by their responsiveness and communication, and are happy to now have a new and functional dishwasher in our apartment.
The Porter Del Ray team is the best. A better leasing office/maintenance team simply does not exist. Ari and Prea’ are impeccable as leasing representatives — friendly, helpful, and every other good thing one would hope for in a management team. If there is something called flash maintenance. That is Andy this young man is an incredible person, polite, accurate and very hard worker. He has been working practically by him self for almost a year. I am so amazed with his skills and determination. I also want to thank the new manager for doing the best the she can to keep us happy.
