Very disappointed by the business practices of Porter Del Ray, and I felt deceived by Prea’s kindness during the tour. Toured on a Tuesday, and the building was beautiful and Prea was very kind. They set our rate for 48 hours and said to reach out if we have additional questions. Called the next day with questions, and it took them over 24 hours to answer our questions, thus expiring our quoted rate. By the time we got the answers and were ready to sign, rent went up $250 per month and they refused to match our quoted rate. ... read more
Thank you so much to Prea for being such a beautiful light during my walk through. It felt like I knew her for years. She knew everything about the beautiful complex and was very helpful during the tour. I would recommend this beautiful complex to everyone looking for a place to call home.
I visit The Porter several times a week, along with a few other communities. The building itself is beautiful, but what truly sets it apart is the staff—they’re always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful.
I am providing an updated/edited review of my experience at the Porter del Ray as of April 2025. I've lived at the Porter for three years now and my experience has been mostly positive, but I need to echo the persistent resident complaints about noise issues in this building. While the proximity of the dog park is ongoing concern for residents, myself included, my issues with noise in this building have increased recently. This place is terrific. Beautiful units. Awesome location. And the people you depend on do a terrific job looking after you. In management, a big shout out to Kenisha and Lindsay, and in maintenance and upkeep to Andy, Brian, Noah, Daniel, and Carlos. These guys are amazing. Would highly recommend PDR.
