Just moved into The Porter, and I want to shout out Prea in the leasing office! Prea was incredibly helpful leading up to and on our moving day - she always answered my emails super quickly, offered drinks and snacks while we were moving, and just was a super clear communicator throughout the process. Thank you, Prea, for making our move so easy!
Very disappointed by the business practices of Porter Del Ray, and I felt deceived by Prea’s kindness during the tour. Toured on a Tuesday, and the building was beautiful and Prea was very kind. They set our rate for 48 hours and said to reach out if we have additional questions. Called the next day with questions, and it took them over 24 hours to answer our questions, thus expiring our quoted rate. By the time we got the answers and were ready to sign, rent went up $250 per month and they refused to match our quoted rate. ... read more

I visit The Porter several times a week, along with a few other communities. The building itself is beautiful, but what truly sets it apart is the staff—they’re always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful.
