The Port is an amazing ministry that connects our parishioners in Rhinelander, WI with some beautiful people in Chicago. We love the Bread Truck and the Summer School. When we are there on mission, the lodging is EXCELLENT. (comfy beds and nice showers) We didn't want to go home!!
Father Gus was a very gifted man of God... Fr was single minded about his faith and love for God. .. he was human, I saw the light of Christ shine on him and God the Father's hands on him... he had a temper was impatient but Loved God above all.. I once seen a demon scream Gus , Gus in tremendous fear... I miss him. He always made time for me and prayed for me....
Thank you for all your work throughout the year. I am honored and humbled to be able to help a few days a year. God's continued blessing on you and those you serve.
