Literally the worst customer service I have ever encountered, I retained the Cohen Law Firm intially and then apparently there was a merger between both firms I have been ignored, bounced around, files needing to be re uploaded and out right promised things that never happen, I have spent ever week for 2 months now chasing these people down to still have no resolution, emails are not responded to and phone calls not returned, if you dont have the infrastructure in place to handle the business with care and professionalism yo... read more
This is the worst company that you can go with. As soon as they take your money, they stop answering your phone calls. I have been trying to get a hold of somebody 4 months now. Answering service says, the paralegal will handle that. They absolutely refused to reach out to me
