I bought a Groupon and tried to book online multiple times. So I was frustrated. I reached out to the shop owner and expressed frustration with finding no availability for the rest of the year (a month and a half) and she rudely told me she didn’t want my business because I was bringing negativity. I just wanted assistance booking an appointment. Customer service level is low here. Also read the businesses reply to see the level of rudeness you are dealing with this business. I have found a GREAT waxer elsewhere btw.
I bought a Groupon for a Brazilian wax and for month. I tried to book. The online was always full or booked past when my Groupon expires. Ok if you sold to many to get everyone in on time fine. I get it. However after weeks of leaving messages and emails with no response. I going to chuck it up as a loss. Which is a shame. You buy these discounts to try new services and you get scammed. Don’t waste your time or Money
